Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7–11 business days.

Order Tracking

Delivered Orders

If the shipping carrier marks an order as delivered, BottleFree considers the shipment fulfilled and delivered successfully.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work closely with our shipping partners, BottleFree is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
